  • North America and Europe get faster shipping times
  • Outside these regions look below for shipping and processing times
  • 30 days return and exchange period.
  • For orders outside the European Union Area (EU / EEA), VAT (24%) will be removed from your order total at checkout.
  • EU / EEA areas are liable to VAT. If you are purchasing and intending to ship outside of EU but purchasing inside the EU please send us a note will address intended to as final destination outside the EU/EEA area. 

 

Shipping and Processing Times

European Union Area:  7 - 10 days

North America (USA and Canada): 7 - 10 days 

The rest of the World: 7 - 14 days

 

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 3-6 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.  We do not ship on weekends.

 

Your Tracking Number

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it!

Unexpected Delays

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.

**We use the dollar rate instead of Euro to keep calculation easy for our international customers and the opportunity to have a good exchange rate bargain. Of course this pricing policy favours our Euro currency holders while. International customers with USD as primary accounts can leverage this opportunity at no extra charge on bank fees over exchange rates.

In Finland

Postipaketti, 1-3 working days – $5,90 (delivered to a pick-up point)
PostNord MyPack, 2-3 working days – $5,90 (delivered to a pick-up point)
Shipping is free in Finland for orders over $100


In EU

Standard shipping:
DHL Express, 1-3 working $12,90. Upon delivery you will receive a text message to choose your final delivery address or pick-up point.

Free Shipping for international orders $200

 

In Switzerland & Norway

DHL Express, 2-3 working days, $22. Upon delivery you will receive a text message to choose your final delivery address or pick-up point.

Free Standard Shipping for international orders over $200

Please note that when ordering outside the EU, your local delivery duties and taxes are NOT included in the shipping costs. Please contact your local custom officials to calculate these costs for your order. Finnish value added tax 24% is deducted from your order total automatically.

 

United States and Canada

Important Information

The shipping times stated here are only estimates, and are dependent on the shipping location. Shipping times are counted from they day your order has been processed. We cannot guarantee delivery within the estimate time, and are not responsible for any delays. We aim to process your order within the next working day, but during busy times this might take longer. Working days do not include the weekends (Sat and Sun) or any national holidays.

Customers from non-EU countries are exempt from paying the Finnish VAT when they place their order, but are responsible for possible customs, local VAT and similar expenses in their own country. Please note that we are unable to calculate these possible expenses at checkout. Please contact your local customs official if you need help calculating customs duties and local VAT for your order.

Returns

We offer free worldwide returns.

You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order either for a refund or an exchange. All returned items must be unworn in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

You can return your items in the RePack packaging.

You will find the return form, prepaid return-shipping label and return instructions in the envelope inside your package. Fill out the form, put it inside the package with the items you wish to return, and place the return-shipping label on the box over the prior delivery information. Drop off the package at your nearest PostNord pick up point or Posti (in Finland) or UPS pick-up point, or schedule a pick up with the UPS driver.

Also, make sure you are sending your return to the above address, not to the address written in the Pack address flap. We are unable to process your return if it is sent to the wrong address.

If you wish to make an exchange, please write on the return form the product you would like to exchange to. We will process your exchange once your return has reached our warehouse.
